Disappointed that we can't work out without having a show from a member who sings out loud and twerks between reps and there is nothing PF can do because it's a no judgment facility. Maybe it's time to change the policy. I'm sure ppl have cancelled their memberships because of this guy. I'm not judging him but there's a time and a place for everything and PF is a gym not a strip club.

Bathroom was not clean, trash was full, paper towels dispenser was broken. Usually it's been clean in th past.

You know, it really sucks showing up to this gym in the morning HOPING that it will open on time. But some days a blonde woman will open an HOUR or more late. Lots of people are left frustrated and end up leaving before she gets there. So much time wasted. The former employee that used to open was always on time. It’s unfortunate because the gym itself is good, the equipment and everything in it is nice! I’d really love to use it every morning without a worry.

Customer service is terrible! Honestly, the gym itself is fine- clean, lots of machines, tanning is good. But, heaven forbid you have an issue that needs to be worked out with management. They’ll shove you off as far as they can like the plague. Corporate Planet Fitness over the phone can’t do anything since these are franchises. They refer you back to your “home gym”.
