The facility has mostly friendly staff and a sizeable amount of machines and weights for an average goer, however I am consistently disappointed in how infrequently the paper towels at the cleaning stations are stocked. Furthermore, the weights are in disarray and many of the machines are left without returning the weights, or weights were borrowed and never placed back. Half of paper towel dispensers are empty. Saw 'worker' walk right by it looked at it and do nothing, sad. There’s 2 to 3 employees doing nothing. The men’s bathroom is disgusting full of trash. Dirty sink and counters. I’m not in to saving money to work out in a filthy place. The workers are sitting there on a laptop and their phone doing nothing every day!! I can imagine the staff does not disinfect anything after close or before opening.

I don’t know her name but she is an older lady with a frail face and she basically walked in on me while I had the curtains closed in the bathroom and she goes “we’re closed” and all the while I still had a few minutes left and PF was not closed yet. She is always rude to me. I cannot stand this lady. Her and the lady with the purple hair were talking badly to me on the way out the door just saying stuff to me sarcastically and I’m like wow are you serious.
