The Planet Fitness facility and staff are exceptiinal. Kane and team decorates the place around holidays, something we all notice. The new machine upgrades are appreciated.
The poor young man working the counter is awesome but I feel bad that he’s doing everything and the young girl with him hasn’t looked up from being on her phone in front of other customers instead of helping him, he had to ask her. You should have a guest first policy and maybe ask your employees to pay more attention to them than their phones.
