Great gym but some of the equipment need repairs and it feels like Antarctica in there, even when it’s cold outside. -Cut the AC off and leave the fans on!!
Requested to cancel membership in person sept 2025. Account was not worked or canceled. Next monthly draft taken. Unable to reach a manager to address this issues or refund my account. Bad customer service.
Improperly trained staff, dishonesty company, will continue to draft your money after you have request to cancel and will refuse to refund. Would not recommend PF to anyone.
Normally my gym of choice but as of lately the floor is incredibly dirty with paper towels and dust. Every time I’ve walked in and left none of the employees acknowledge me at all which doesn’t create a really welcoming environment. Not sure why the vibe change but not my favorite gym anymore.
