I visited the Independence location this week, with the intention of signing up for a Classic membership. Sarah, walked my friend and I through the entire facility, answered all of our questions, and took the time we needed to feel comfortable with our new memberships! Due to the additional benefits the Black Membership offers, both my friend and I decided that would be the best plan for us. Sarah was kind, informative, and not pushy whatsoever! I look forward to starting my new fitness journey!
The staff was a little hard to find when I first came here but it's got to be a little better I like to go tanning here and workout the hydro massage chairs are great but I love both lay down and stand up tanning beds.

I'm not a fan of the way the pay system works and that's enough for me to never pay them another cent.
