Thanks for charging me a monthly fee a week AFTER I cancelled (for the second time) and having a zero balance which is clearly shown on my cancellation paperwork. Nice scam you have going there. I've filed a complaint with the state. I canceled twice because the first person couldn't be bothered to do it correctly. Planet Fitness is a calm and relaxing environment to break a sweat and do your thing with no judgement and no one starring at you! I love the atmosphere, equipment, tanning and massage sessions. This is a great place and I need to get back there.
