Worst custumer service
I am a PF Black Card member. I brought a family member who was out of town with me to workout at PF and all HydroMassage loungers, including the RelaxSpace Wellness Pod was completely out of order. As a PF Black Card Member it was completely discouraging not to be able to use premium amenities exclusively available to me. I will never refer anyone to the Ellenwood, GA location. I originally, came from the Fayetteville GA Location, which is 1,000 percent better.
