I go to workout gym is clean and equipment functional. I love my fitness journey. Midnight staff is moody I don't recommend small talk! lady can be very rude and lied to me with a straight face. Almost took me out my character go to the belleville location less hassle
Music was far too loud. I come to exercise not dance. Not likely to return due to noise level
The facility is actually pretty nice so my rating is a bit of a misnome. I'm giving it this score because I can't do just the people inside. But there is a short heavier set black women in there that butts in on conversations is extremely hostile and aggressive even when you back off. She was rude condescending and as I mentioned aggressive. About a conversation she wasn't even part of. I recently visited this Planet Fitness while visiting the area and was called out for the cutoff I was wearing. There were women wearing sports bras with there midriff exposed but a guy can’t wear a cutoff. I don’t bother anyone, I go to workout. Management should really focus more of their time maintaining the equipment rather than bothering a member with what they’re wearing.
