Frustrating Experience So Far I’ve been a member for a few weeks, and honestly, I’m pretty disappointed. When I ask about the Hydro and massage chair, the staff just pointed to the room with no explanation-felt like they were not really interested in helping this was on my first day. I also had to listen to the store manager do a performance review on an employee when I was trying to relax in the massage chair, which was awkward, considering that conversation should’ve been confidential.
