Did not live up to reputation at all....
Great place
It states in my membership that I’m allowed a free trainer…. There is no trainer at the Muscle Shoals,AL facility. I was told I would have to drive to another location if I wanted a trainer. That in itself has Planet Fitness going against the contract I signed. If our membership includes a free trainer why do I have to drive out of my way to be able to experience all that my membership is supposed to offer me?
I love planet fitness. The members are so nice and so are the employees
