Edited: I ended up cancelling my membership after a full week of HVAC related closures. To anyone else thinking of or planning to do so, please be aware of when your monthly renewal is because I cancelled one day and the membership drafted the next day. I understand *why* so while I'm frustrated by it, it was something I hadn't considered. Please be aware in case you're trying to cancel. The fact that a multi million dollar company can't get there AC fixed is a joke this place is lazy as hell and just don't want to spend the money on an AC unit
This location has begun closing early to due high heat inside the gym. Instead of fixing the HVAC, ownership continues to close the club early with no communication to its members. The staff are all friendly and wonderful. They have done nothing wrong. Ownership refuses to address the issue and expects us to pay full price when the location isn’t even open half the day.
Join 24e or any of the other local gyms. Closed more often than not during summer bc corporate refuses to properly repair hvac.
