I was a member for several years and they never had a picture of me on their computer, but one day I was going to workout and one of their female staff, with black hair and overweight, asked to take my picture. I told her 'no thank you' and she told me I couldn't workout at Planet Fitness if I didn't let them take my picture, so I walked out and they canceled my membership. I joined and Austin (I'm hoping I got his name right), was very patient and answered all questions. It was my first visit there. I told him what I thought i was wanting (weight loss, toning, lose some belly fat, get fit) and he showed me the circuit training equipment, how to use it, how to adjust it, c recommended starting reps, etc. EXCELLENT 1:1 service for a newby!
