I have liked it here. It has everything I need and they keep everything nice and clean. It is a great location which means I can just go during my lunch break. It is a great price. And I love their judgement free zone culture. This is a gym for anyone.

The customer service at this branch is atrocious. Amanda, was demeaning and rude when I was trying to resolve a billing issue that had happened to me before. They have a habit of double, or even triple charging membership fees all within a single month. This happened to me earlier this year, and ultimately led me to cancel my membership all together. Good price but the machines work half the time and will not work properly the other half. Some employees have a good bedside manner and will apologize and try to fix the issue and reset the tan massage or red light machines (which suck having to undress then get dressed then take all ur belongings back to the front) and a few others are blatantly rude and will claim it works and make you wait ten minutes twenty and half an hour and never start the machine and get mad at you for asking, and then you e redressed like two three... read more
