The doors were locked 30 minutes before the posted closing time, and I had to call just to be let inside. Then, five minutes before closing, the staff shut off the lights while I was still in the restroom and on my way out. If you advertise certain hours, customers should be able to access the gym during those hours. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
Unsafe and unprofessional. Staff locked the doors during open business hours (a fire safety violation) and shut off the locker room lights while people were actively inside, leaving us in the dark on wet floors. Unacceptable safety risk.
They really gotta get new employees, always on the phone and rude when you walk in. Absolutely horrible employees.
