I reported this planet fitness temporarily closed but still says open so I drive there and it’s still closed. There is no communication, how will we know when it opens. We are being charged for a gym that we cannot even use. It should say closed and then open when the repairs have been made!

Where are the updates? It says check the website, but the website has zero updates. No communication is highly unprofessional and shows how little the customers are valued considering that is the only location that I can use as a basic card holder. This gym has been closed for over a month with not a single word about the future of this location. Management need to do better.
This Planet Fitness is CLOSED do to unsafe conditions by the Govt.
