Great location with really friendly staff. Shout outs to Liam Avinna Kc Ken and everyone else I yap at . I started coming to this gym at arguably the worst period in my adult life so having familiar faces that were always a blast to speak with helped my keep my head up until my back muscles could do it on their own. I will say there was a bit of an odd culture of people being dicks but doing it indirectly for a bit but most of them have already quit their goals for the year ( go figure ) .
