The management at the Bellmead facility seems to be lacking in customer care, and over work ethics of the Planet Fitness work place. The bathrooms are not being taken care, nor the Tanning beds. Management needs improvement, if they are there at all. Staff often seem uninterested and unmotivated, which impacts the overall quality of the gym experience.
Cobie is always ready to help and has a smile on his face. I am always glad to see when he is working.
