Keeps taking money out of my account after I requested a cancellation due to moving. Haven’t even used their services in months. When I called the guy on the phone gaslit me talking about that’s such a Big part of their training, so why wasn’t it done correctly for me? While your employees were standing up there talking they didn’t think to mention that papers needed to be filled out or that I can do it online?
