The best customer service , my husband and I are greeted every time we come in , usually by name and acknowledged when we leave. Temperatures are conducive to working out and steady. Clean with enough equipment and space. Preferred over the other main gym in town which has terrible customer service and often too warm for working out.
I love this location for the most part; it's well-maintained. However, today the young man at the counter at 3pm told me they "weren't allowed" to give the wifi password out if I couldn't scan the QR code. It's okay to say I don't know, but lying about it is ridiculous. The QR code gives you the password outright.
