New here but enjoying all the options for weight & resistance machines. Love to end with the hydromassage!
Unfortunately the front desk is unmanned in the mornings. There's sometimes an employee cleaning or in the office, but you can't use any of the "perks" without a team member so I waste 5-10 minutes waiting and it's just not worth it. Today I waited 15, called the store, knocked on the office door, and it 100% seemed like the facility had no one working.
BEWARE!! Do NOT get the planet fitness Black Card if you’re planning to get it because you’re a traveler. (And use multiple gyms) They make it impossible to cancel and give you the runaround when it comes to which gym you have to talk to to cancel. Want to take your credit card off the account? Think again! They’ll run up charges on you and send a debt collector your way DESTROYING your credit. Sheesh all over lifting some weights?
