The gym is nice so are the employees, the main issue is the price is going up yet a lot of the equipment is being removed? I agree with the other comments that state planet fitness is trying to keep up with other gyms. I restarted my membership because I wanted to get back in shape and now most of those machines that are for beginners are gone, they also got rid of the circuit room and put CrossFit equipment in there that could have been out on the floor. Stopped in with a friend and had a really nice workout.
The staff are very friendly and I enjoy the equipment they have available. The cleanliness on the other hand is struggling. The toilet paper dispenser looks like it was ripped out of the wall and the locker room smelled like the rear end of someone who hadn’t bathed in a month. Generally I like planet fitness and I’ve had good experience with them, but this location has the worst restroom hygiene I’ve seen in any location.
