The staff is always so friendly and kind. I never leave this gym without a smile on my face! The facilities are extremely clean and well-kept, and the equipment is always working properly. There have only been 2 occasions in the past 6 months where a machine was out of order and I couldn't use it. Big shout-out to Benji, my favorite desk staff!
1 of the top Plant fitness establishments in a 30 mile radius. Only critique I have is the gym equipment especially smith machines are hazardly close and should be spread out. Theres almost no room to squeeze to replace weights.
I went in with a friend today to do my first visit of Planet Fitness as I’m considering a membership. Staff member Trent was SO helpful, not judgmental, and really listened to understand what my needs were and find a membership option best for me. He also helped us modify a machine while working out! If all the staff are like him, I will be so happy to become a member and visit this gym often!
