On 7/11 I called and spoke to Tanisha and informed her that I was homeless due to squatters, no longer in the area, couldn’t get to the location in order to cancel, and need to cancel this membership. I didn’t even mention the bloody pad on the bathroom floor which was also a reason for my wanting to cancel. I had to privilege of trying out the new state of the art recovery equipment for black card members a few days ago and my goodness!! My body is so thankful and so am I. I was not aware that we had brand new state of the art machinery to help the body recover faster. Thanks to Mr Martesi, I can leave the gym daily now with a brand new body.
