This location has everything but mirrors in the stretch room and an extra bench or two wouldn’t hurt. Besides that is a large very clean facility
Cancelled my membership. The staff here is very rude and incompetent. Went here on Sunday to find out why I’m being overcharged for my membership when i have payment on file . The desk attendant stated i will have to come back during the week to speak with a manager. Today i go in and I’m questioned why the person couldn’t help me the prior day i repeated what they told me (i need a manager ) anyway I’m requesting a refund for every time i was overcharged . Some of the ppl there dont clean after they get done with the equipment. Get a great workout here and the showers are hot, love that.
Its a decent gym, bt for some reason the women are dang near ALWAYS in the men’s locker room. They have a male staff member during the time frame i go, yet the women still are in the men’s locker/bathroom with no signs or warnings at all. Even if they see you come in they dnt announce themselves or leave the locker room they will literally just chill in there or act like they’re cleaning WHILE you’re changing or getting dressed. If it was a man in the women’s locker room this would be a whole different story.
