Shut down again, no email no call I show up and the gym is closed. Poor ownership and management broken machines and if you haven’t already tried, you cannot cancel your membership through member services. In fact, member Services can’t do anything for you at all so I’m not sure why they are called member service services. That’s not what they do, apparently you also can’t cancel your membership over the phone. You have to go into the club to sign something and member Services has no control over refunds either so I can’t us... read more
