Ive been coming in with my son for a while now. Scan my phone no questions asked by any tram member. Ive been a member since 2018 and the man in the front clearly having a bad day tells me to register the kid that ive been coming in with... finally he starts to do his job? After all this time.... no one has mentioned anything to me ever and today. Canceled my membership. This isnt the first interaction with him. He "accidently" Canceled my membership a few months ago. Really disappointed.
It’s a cool gym and all but when are you guys getting free weight/squat racks with platforms? I keep seeing other planet fitness from other states making the upgrade. What about this one?
I keep having billing issues and get charged an extra $20 a month! They never attempt to charge my secondary card, the card that they assured me would now be the primary card. It happened last month, they assured me that it wouldn’t happen again. This month, same thing, and they were unwilling to wave the late fee caused by them not trying my other card on file.
