The woman who works in this gym behaves absolutely disgustingly. Instead of normal communication, she immediately switches to aggression and rudeness, making comments about the shoes I physically cannot use on the stepper because of their large size. When I politely asked if she could at least be a little nicer to me, she straight-up said “no.” This kind of behavior is complete unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect toward visitors. Been a member of PF for quite a while and have changed between 4 different locations over the years as I've moved around. This has by far been the worst one. The location is VERY small, as in small enough to make me wonder why anyone would every think this would be a place to build a gym. All it takes is 30 people in the gym to make it crowded enough to have to wait for machines. Even with the small space staff seems to be unable to keep up, or simply don't care, about cleaning. I’m honestly really frustrated with how this location handled things today. My home gym was closed for renovations, and I had no idea it had reopened. I drove all the way here, only to be immediately told I couldn’t work out and was basically kicked out. The staff didn’t care that I already went out of my way to get here they just said, “Go to your home gym,” and refused to let me stay, even though I was ready to work out and it wasn’t busy.
