Friendly, clean, well kept machines, reasonably priced, and not crowded. I can see ahead of time what the attendance is via their app so I can avoid crowds. The massage chairs/ hydro massage are also great! They have a bunch of tanning units but I don't use that. Plenty of locker space, changing rooms, and showers.
The gym is clean, the staff is friendly, the price and the amenities are great
The Carbondale location is friendly and clean! So much cleaner than the Marion Illinois location!
