I reviewed this planet fitness for tiktok. This use to be a great facility but management changes and adding equipment has had a negative impact. It's too crowded at peak times and what makes it worse was adding equipment with not enough room. They took machines out of the yellow room and stacked them on the floor. Now there are 2 rooms that are barely used and the gym floor is packed. Machines are broken for long periods.. pads are torn.. paper towels are empty often. If anyone is looking for work, DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT come to planet fitness as well if you are someone who is looking for a new gym I would not recommend. Management is very rude and short tempered, and there is always something broken. Soap dispensers, Machines, Sinks, Hot water always going out, leaking ceiling, Broken tanning beds, Broken hydra beds, Bathrooms are always filthy, etc. This location has gone very down hill in every aspect. They never open on time! My last straw was Fri 3l20. A parking lot full of people couldn't get in. Ridiculous considering when I joined it was a 24 hr gym. Now it should open at 5am but it's often not until 6am. I work at 7am and wish this wasn't a regular occurrence.
I used to go here, but since it got changed in December it’s been terrible. A lot of machines I had once used are gone! Even the rooms have changed. I guess I had chose all the equipment they decided to get rid of. What a bummer. Easier to do at home now
