Signed up for a membership then had a change of employment so didnt have time to go, tried to cancel not even a month later and was told I didnt have an account and now have money taken out of my account directly every month and somehow owe over $500 and they wont let me cancel until I pay them the full amount but then price goes up every month for the membership plus a whole list of fees. The building is clean, and looks to be well kept. I only go here to tan, as I have my own home gym… and the beds are great, but each time I’ve been here, the staff have been so preoccupied with socializing that they are not concerned with helping check in, asking questions of customers that aren’t regulars, such as myself…
