Been a black card member since 2017ish. 1st time had issues because I got a new debit card and had to reset it. The bank kicked back payment. Planet Fitness(Salina) decided to charge me late fee. I called and talked to the female manager. I asked her about refunding that portion. She said unfortunately we dont do refunds. I said I'd like to cancel my membership as I am not in the same city as they are. She said i have to come directly in. So inconvenient. The intellectual on the manager isn't too smart.
