I wanted to update my review since we got a huge equipment upgrade! They added plate-loaded machines like the hack squat I love, a cage with free weights and platform, a plate-loaded bench press, a glute bridge, an additional functional trainer, and more. The new cable machines are silky smooth, and I really appreciate the magnetic pins that make it easy to add small plates for progressive overload.
