I have been going to the Ardmore, Oklahoma location for almost 6 months now. Since I moved from South Carolina. Every single employee here has been wonderful every time I've interacted with them. Kind...attentive...and very friendly. I do not know them all by name but they always acknowledge me and make me feel welcome. A wonderful staff that I appreciate every time I am there. They deserve to be commended!
Clean, helpful staff, plenty of machines to use. TV's for 'distraction' during workout (lol) and overall an awesome place to do your workout and get fit!
