The staff here are really helpful, the club is very clean and the crowd during th3 day is light enough that if you're a beginner like me, you won't feel intimidated.

All current staff here is so friendly and helpful! Wonderful gym to reach your fitness goals! I also want to mention there is an employee here who doesn’t allow germs the chance at survival. Her name tag says she goes by “Tonia.” She is always shifting parts of the unoccupied equipment to throughly clean every nook and cranny. I have so much respect for her hard work to keep this a safe and clean gym for us all! 🦠🤺

Older lady with black hair Very unwelcoming and unprofessional experience. The overall tone felt rude, uptight, and dismissive. As someone with 11 years of experience in sales and customer service, the behavior stood out immediately—and not in a good way. On my first visit, I was asked multiple times to confirm my membership while other guests were not. Front desk older lady with black hair was so rude. Asked her a simple question about the guest pass for black cards and was met with a response of "absolutely not" and an angry tone. Sad because most staff is so nice!!!
