Staff and management on site at the location are nice but beware of cancellation fees when having a black card. I was charged the $58 buyout fee for cancelling my black card despite this not supposed to be happening. The management was trying to help but whatever upper management responsible for billing has not refunded or contacted me now for 2 months since being charged. Intention was to get my membership again after the summer sport months but do not intend to anymore with this
Was lied to about spa accessibility for my spouse, she had to buy a separate black card membership. This club was supposed to be affordable.
Equipment is kept in great condition, staff is friendly, helpful and always cleaning. It is the cleanest gym around... and I have been to most!
