Disappointed. I pay for a Black Card membership primarily to use the Total Body Enhancement (red light therapy), but it's been out of service for far too long, and now, the best tanning bed is broken as well. Stay Away, unless you want old outdated equipment and a Black Card Spa that's a joke.
I'd had a membership since 2021, and the manager Alex, offended by my not offering a second payment method like my card, canceled it, Is it because I'm Latino? . My bank account was linked to the payment system, and I'd been automatically paying my personal policy for five years. If they're charging me and I always pay on time, I shouldn't have to provide another payment method, especially since if my direct bank account fails, my automatic card payment would also fail.
