THIS FITNESS CENTER HAS OWED ME MONEY FOR A LATE FEE SINCE AUGUST 2025. JOHN FAYE SAID HE WOULD REIMBURSE ME BUT NEED MY CREDIT CARD. THEY HAVE TWO FORMS OF PAYMENT MY CHECKING ACCOUNT ROUTING NUMBER AND ACCOUNT NUMBER AND MY VISA ENDING IN 8216. THEY ARE STEALING MY MONEY. THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NO LATE FEE WITH TWO FORMS OF PAYMENT WHICH IS VERY SENSITIVE AND CRITICAL INFORMATION TO ALLOW SOMEONE TO KEEP ON FILE. Machines are all old version, wouldn’t recommend for women 5’4” they won’t allow you to have proper form. Would recommend going to the new planet fitnesses with updated equipment
