Staff incorrectly assumed I was sleeping while I was just resting with headphones. Felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily interrupted.dont be with black card anymore .also The restroom in this location is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There is trash everywhere and it does not appear to be cleaned regularly. I have photos as evidence. Never ever come here

Este lugar casi te deja sordo con la música alta fuimos a hablar con la del escritorio y dijo que ellos no pueden bajarle ala música que son los managers quien le pueden bajar es horrible no puedes escuchar tus música en tus AirPod por qué Apple te manda mensaje que está muy alto el volumen es horrible estar escuchando música que no te agrada y tener que pagar por pasar esto y es mucha gente que está harta de esto ojalá me lean y cambien esto

4/6/2026: a month later and I noticed a lot of sanitation being done and actual cleaning up. The only thing left is to stop putting the massage beds out of service each time ! Customer service is great. But the facility needs to be cleaned up more often out of all the centers I been to in the valley and over here. This one just needs to be dusted and wiped down a lot of dirty towels everywhere left behind smh.
