Do not like that advertisements say open 24hours and then one in Muscle Shoals closes at 7pm...... Won't be member for longer than this month....
No need to feel judged because nobody cares what you're doing - they're all there for the same reason you are. The lockerrooms are spacious and clean. I go in the mornings so I don't have to wait on any piece of equipment which all work perfectly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone that I've have had a chance to briefly chat with are really nice (endorphins make you happy - another reason to exercise). Great place to get in as much exercise as you want.
