I never write reviews but I feel something needs to be said. I work at the PF in Hyannis and workout in Mashpee as it’s on my way home and I like the new equipment. The new equipment is the only reason I’m giving this place 1 star. The cleanliness of this gym is atrocious. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone actually clean in here. Dust and dirt are all over the gym which has to be build up of days on end. Walk arounds are never done. Paper towels are always empty and spray bottles either a quarter full or empty. Not a fan of the updates. Some popular equipment now down to one machine. I waited in a line for the first time today. The quick 30 minute room gone - lots of things for the older crowd working out gone. I’m hoping they bring back the other abductor and adductor- there’s plenty of space for them!
Recently they made changes to the equipment, removed a lot of leg equipment and left only 1 of each, in addition people sit on the equipment and forget that other people need to use it. Come back with the equipment because even at times of low movement it is difficult to complete a complete workout.
New redesign took out the 30 minute area. Some of the machines are now up front. Four of the machines that I used have been removed including some treadmills. Now you have to wait for a spot. Maybe a survey from customers before major changes might be a better idea👎
Best of the PF locations in the area! Tons of new equipment makes it even better.
