Very clean gym. They have plenty of equipment and they are not that crowded. The staff is great and my personal trainer really gets me motivated. I am in the best shape of my life now thanks to Planet Fitness. I definitely recommend them.

Called today about the pre sale memberships to see if I could pay for a year in cash. I was told no, that it had to go through a checkings account. Considering all the bad reviews about giving them your banking information plus that also being something I would never give any company access to bill straight out of my account, Ill have to stick with Anytime Fitness on Main Street. Shame, I would have liked to join as this is closer to my home.

If you want to become a member of this gym, ask for discounts or membership perks. They offer them to new members.

The employees are really friendly. Especially Tony he welcomes u in a way that make u want to come back an visit. I am from the Richmond location an i havent been there in a while, My sister from the Garfield gym. We visit the Solon location more ,as well as our mother. The gym it self is really nice bathrooms and all. Keep the good job up.

I gave 4 stars because there are a lot of times I have to wait for a certain machine, while someone is just sitting on it, texting, chatting with friends, day dreaming, etc. I would like to see signs posted for members to not text on equipment etc. and use the lobby or maybe put benches along the fence for that reason. Some members sit on the same machine for up to 20 minutes. Apart from that, I love the gym and come there on a regular basis since it opened.

My gym closed with no notice conveniently right after I was charged the annual gym maintenance fee (which they probably used to pay the moving trucks). A responsible business would have sent notices out in the mail with our options. I was still charged my monthly fee and still responsible for canceling. I dutifully sent the required e-mail to cancel and then received a notice in the mail a few days later saying I had to pay my last month's dues in order to cancel because they transferred my membership to Fitness 2000 (a gym ... read more

This gym has recently closed. A GREAT alternative is Fitness Now on Rufe-Snow. Several of the trainers have moved and they are offering the same classes for the same price. The major difference is that Fitness Now is brand new, and so is the equipment!!!!

I am a member. I tried to set up an appointment with a trainer and could not. I asked to make an appointment for a tanning bed and could not. He told me I had to wait in line for a bed. What kind of garbage is that? Now I have to pay cancelation fee to not get charged. What am I getting charged for?

I LOVE this gym! Great work out machine selection and convenient hours. I have personally worked with two trainers and they have been wonderful. Knowledgeable and I always walk away sore so I get my money's worth! The fact that they are a month to month membership plan is great because if I move or need to change locations I do not have to worry about cancellation fees or any of that mess. I learn new work out moves every time I go in and all the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!
