Coming to our 3rd year attending this club. Staff is attentive to keeping the club clean and supplied and the Manager is very friendly and responsive to our needs. Just awesome.
This location is always dirty however three times in the last couple months during regular business hours they “close” the tanning and massage chairs for “cleaning”. This should be done early or late or when it’s closed. Not at prime 5-7pm. Tonight is a Tuesday night at 6pm! Ridiculous. Let me just edit this to say that I am here right now at 6:10 PM and they have the whole back part with the massage beds and tanning beds closed for cleaning! This is getting so out of hand!
I always start my day bright and early, arriving right when they open. The staff consistently greet me with a smile and are eager to assist with anything I need. When I faced issues with my debit card, they were incredibly understanding and helped me sort it out effortlessly. The machines are always in excellent working condition and spotless. The locker room and showers are consistently clean, with warm water that’s always functional and operational, and a shout out to Homer at the Front desk for always helping
Switched to the AM gym sesh, and have to say it’s made my experience of going to this location so much better! Omar is amazing, attentive and nice!
