Horrible establishment I got my wife a membership that she never used because she ended up getting sick and I canceled the membership in January and I was continually charged I canceled it again and I was continued to be charged then we canceled in person and I was continued to be charged I had to go to my bank to stop it and I'm still getting text saying I owe the money then I call today and talk to a manager who's accusing me of lying this is a horrible business stay away there's much better gyms in town even the rec cente... read more

Id love to give a better review because my wife and I normally have a very good experience here but tonight we were yelled at by the older man who works later shift. Hes here half the time we come in and hes literally always mean mugging us for no reason. Tonight he decided to yell at us for operating the massage chairs in the back. I used to go to this gym 2 years ago (2024) and the staff during that time were very upbringing and encouraging to everyone making you want to be there and come back, however the staff today (2026) don’t even bother to look at you most of the time, and if they do make eye contact they don’t say much but “thank you”,? I’m just confused by it all, I’m still gonna go because it’s the best equipment in town but idk maybe this place needs a new manager or something because the vibes are just so off for a “judgement free zone”.
