Just went to this planet fitness with my black card member partner. They refused to let me use any of the amenities listed in the advertising on the door. When we pointed out the advertising listed on their window, they said “yes it’s deceiving“.Do not bother to be a black card member you will not get any of the benefits listed.

As a truck driver, I rely on Planet Fitness locations across the country, but this was one of my worst experiences. Truck drivers and all members deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I hope management looks into this and improves the customer service experience.

Truck-driver friendly. You can’t park directly on the Planet Fitness property, but there’s parking available about a 3-minute walk away. I’m attaching a screenshot photo.
