28th st. Wyoming The management has changed recently and it’s very obvious. Not as clean, equipment placement has reduced workout floor space, the accessories (mats, bands…)are minimal. Even the atmosphere is dull and lacking hospitality
While the number of machines at this location is great, the cleanliness of the place is subpar. The bathroom, in particular, needs much more attention than it gets. The toilets and urinals in the men's locker room are always messy, no TP, and it generally feels gross in there. Even though I live closer to this location, I prefer going to the GR Market Ave location for this reason.
I had a great experience at this Planet Fitness. Geonna was professional, helpful, and made the check-in process easy. She answered my questions and had a great attitude. Employees like her really make the gym a welcoming place.
