Great facility and definitely much worth the drive passing up the San Jose one do to be much cleaner here in Milpitas. My new gym! Only issue I see is the homeless come in just to shower. Good for them life hack but rather be surrounded by people with a workout ethic not seeing shower queens.
I called this location very kindly for more information about how to cancel my membership. As soon as I mentioned how to cancel my membership Cindy pretend she couldn't hear me on the phone and hung up on me. I called again, this time the phone ringing on and on with no one to answer. If you dont know how to do something just say that vs hanging up its really that simple and I'll call another store.
