1. It is extremely hard to cancel in the app, in person or over the phone. I would never sign up with this company again. They continuously bill me even though I canceled. 2. This club seems to be managed by young inexperienced people. 3. The bald short Hispanic man that works overnight...he came into the women's locker room while I was in there and was very rushy and rude because he needed to clean and according to him I had been in there an hour. Best one in the area. Clean and has the most room and equipment
Unlike many other "planet" halls, this hall is perfectly clean, there is no smell in the toilet and shower, like in the Burbank hall. The shower for the disabled works perfectly clean and the shower curtains are clean, cleanliness is everywhere, this is pleasing! There were no problems with the staff, like in Burbank, where the manager probably thinks that he inherited the hall ... While I am in SF, I will come here with pleasure. Thanks to the staff for their conscientious work.
