I'm unhappy with the Planet Fitness app because it claims I visited the next day after I signed up which is not true. Also, the assistant manager who signed me up only gave me a key member card not the actual regular sized plastic member ID card. This feeds my paranoia that someone is impersonating me. I would like to delete my membership and sign up again with a different member number getting both cards. I want the top manager to get in touch with me. The workers are sooo much better here than the other one down the street. The location is bigger too. I’ll happily drive further here
