Employee Was Absolutely rude and unprofessional as someone who works in planet fitness the woman that didn’t answer the phone properly so no name was provided was extremely rude and didn’t know how to handle the situation like a mature adult nd I don’t believe that she should be working in an environment where she interact with people daily if she can’t handle herself or be levelheaded
The bathroom and showers are filthy!!! I went to the locker room shower yesterday and there was a dog treat in the shower! I go back today and look and it’s still there over 24 hours later. That means the staff who was huddled in the front talking is not taking care of the bathrooms. How can you be open 24 hours and not clean the bathrooms within that timeframe?
I had a great experience at the Planet Fitness location in Brier Creek. The gym is clean, well-organized, and has plenty of equipment available no matter what time you go. The layout makes it easy to move around without feeling crowded, even during busy hours. The staff here is friendly, professional, and always willing to help or answer questions. Ive been going to this location for a year now & workout 5 days a week staff is amazing very friendly its always clean & I utilize the trainer & he is very insightful & knowledgeable & willing to work around my schedule since I work nights & can't make my appointments always, he is also very encouraging & makes the workout sessions better
I never enjoyed exercise until now. The Brier Creek location is very well maintained and the environment is very supportive. I've had a couple personal training sessions which helped me to develop my own routine. I look forward to coming here every day I can.
