Bathrooms are always dirty (and the showers), they don't take care of the tanning equipment, and now they close at 7:00 on Saturdays.
Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and usually not very crowded.
I have been a vlack card member since 2019, using several of the Planet Fitnesses. The bathrooms need cleaning regularly. It is sporadic for me. Of its clean or not - this one the tanning beds are not maintained. The bulbs are not hot, the acrylic is badly scratched. I also recently had to cancel my membership paid the extra fee and still got charged a month later for my yearly fee.
Great staff. Nice facility. A little lacking in some equipment (e.g., only one chest fly machine, and regularly a wait to use it); abundant supply of cardio equipment. Some equipment maintenance can be slow after it gets reported the first time
