I Have Been Calling And Sending Emails To Freeze My Account Delete My Account But I Keep Getting Charged.
Gym is no longer 24 hours as originally advertised. Late hours are the only times that fit my schedule and what I signed up for. If you enjoy coming to the gym in the evenings, look elsewhere. They now close 9pm 3 days a week. Gym has also added random “cleaning & upgrade hours” on top of the new schedule without enough advance notice or updates on app or online. Will be canceling my membership after this month.
