I been a member of PF for over 12 years in various locations. This is one of the best. Friendly staff, very clean, and respectful clientele.
Calling out planet fitness. This place scams you and steals your money. I had a membership and after a while told them to cancel it because we do not use the membership as much as we wanted to. Life got busy. They refused to cancel us and put us on a 3 month pause. Then after three months they said we could cancel. It's been two months and 3 weeks and they took out a payment before three months. I called and asked them to cancel, I don't want your services and to reverse payment they refused. Most of the workers are pretty good. But the last thing I want to do is worry about someone else's pet while I'm at the gym. I just followed a dog with a disgustingly swollen vigina to the men's locker room. I kinda want to puke. When has it become ok to bring your flea and tick infested dogs to any public facility you want?
