Have been going to the North Shepherd location for several months now and although the equipment is nice, (the reason for two stars instead of one), none of the rules of use are enforced; in the 30 minute workout section which has a sign clearly stating that the limit on each machine is two minutes, users sit on the machines while texting for sometimes up to 20 minutes.
