Great equipment and staff
This location has very serious issues with the cleanliness of the women's bathroom. People that work out at this location have absolutely no type of gym etiquette. The sanitization solution is meant to wipe down the machines before you use them and after. Hard to do when people take the bottles and use them all during their work out leaving us to walk all over looking for solution to clean off the machine. Manager Genet is unprofessional. She does not return phone calls or reply to emails. This is my second time experiencing this with her. I should not have to call and leave a message over a dozen times to no avail. And the staff always claims she's not there and they don't know what day or time she will be there. I sent her an email on May 26, 2025, to change my club and she still hasn't responded. Today is June 24, 2025.
