A Great Place to Feel Good World gym is a Great workout place , friendly, lots of machines, wide variety of people..not just gym rats... they (the staff) were helpful and present.. bright and sunny space and lots to do.. they even had some freebies they were giving away.. good hours and has never been too crowded.. I highly recommend World gym Hampton Bays..
