Decent gym for a PF. Good parking lots, nice staff, and the people working out aren't acting macho or gangster or glaring at others like in some other locations. Decent drinking water, showers need some work but the water seems OK other than being low pressure. Lockers seem clean-ish but the tall ones are missing the pants-shoes shelf at the bottom.

I was excited there was finally going to be a planet fitness near my home. I even got my parents to find signup only to hear stories about them dealing with attitude by a manager at the front desk. My parents are older and while I try to show them the ways around the pf app to scan their code, they still have some trouble. Just sad that my parents went in and tried to show their app to be told they hadn’t paid their monthly bill, and denied access to the gym ( rudely at that ). This facility has bad customers along with a poor staff that does a bad job maintaining the restroom. Overall the worst part is the lack of equipment maintenance for example the stair master.

I’ve enjoyed coming to this Planet Fitness, but there’s a serious safety issue that needs to be addressed. A large section of the parking lot is extremely dark because several light posts are not working. About five rows of parking spaces have little to no lighting, making it feel unsafe when walking to and from the gym, especially during early morning or late evening hours.This isn’t just a concern for members it’s also a safety issue for the staff.
