The payment policy is absolutely atrocious. Unable to cancel membership online or over the phone and are “responsible” for fees accrued even though membership was not used. They will constantly charge your card even if it was declined causing as many overdraft fees as they want.
My membership was supposed to be canceled the last week of March 2025 but guess what??? Yep, 4 months later and still being charged. Corporate says that the home office handles refunds but the new manager, Crystal, (Tristan is no longer there) is saying she cant and she has nothing to do with what went on when Tristan was there. Corporate says call her and she says she doesnt know what to do to help me.....MIND BOGGLING!
