I would like to give this place a better rating however I sent in a letter to cancel my membership after I had my baby and have been trying to get a refund back since April. This place owes me $60.
I've been a member of four different planet fitness locations and this is by far the worst location I've been a member of. This gym is extremely poorly managed, I'm very surprised they have been able to keep this high of a rating on google. The place is always filthy I've never seen anybody cleaning anything in the four months that I've been a member here. There are hairballs and dust bunnies scattered all over the floor.
