Once again I came in to use the massage chair and waited. Had a walkie talkie laying down that I eventually used and someone answered. After 5 mins in the chair it malfunctioned. The controller was just stuck in one position. Nobody around when I went to the desk. I'll be cancelling my membership. I don't use this place like I used to because the lack of staff and management has went down badly .

Great staff, great location. Super clean. There is every kind of equipment you need for a personalized workout! This gym is the nicest gym in Bristol by far!

I pay for my wife’s Black card membership so she can tan. One of the workers of PF said she was fat and needed to work out before tanning. I also used to like going to the using the guest pass, until the same member denied me entry when trying to use the pass that I pay for.
