Greeted when entered the building. I was a guest with my son having a Black card. Signing in was a breeze and person behi d desk.was very helpful .nd added if I had any question to let them know.
They can't keep managers for more than 3 months at best and the manager from Kingsport who is there "helping" is a complete joke, she definitely has an issue of wanting total control of both the Kingsport and bristol planet fitness
