I’ve been going to this location for 2 years. Sadly in the last 12 months I am seeing a lack of care in maintaining some of the equipment and facilities. I frequently use the Total Body Enhancement and tanning booths. Bulbs are supposed to be replaced every 500 - 800 hours, before bulbs burn out. This is clearly not the case at this PF. Was a member at the planet fitness on Indian School rd and 48th ave.I called to cancel my membership on 08/13/25 at 12:30 pm the manager there was so rude and unprofessional that I couldn’t wait to pay the cancellation fee and be done with planet fitness in all. I tried to pay the cancellation fee online but it wouldn’t work so I called back multiple times to get no answer. I then called the store on Watson rd and spoke with Jessiah. Horrible staff I mean they don’t help you for anything . Rude and I mean miscommunication all around.
