Was a member at the planet fitness on Indian School rd and 48th ave.I called to cancel my membership on 08/13/25 at 12:30 pm the manager there was so rude and unprofessional that I couldn’t wait to pay the cancellation fee and be done with planet fitness in all. Horrible staff I mean they don’t help you for anything . Rude and I mean miscommunication all around.
Clean and helpful staff. No drama zone
Great amenities such as hydro massage and tanning. There is a 30 minute circuit to make it very easy for beginners who don't know what machines to use or how to set up a workout plan, or for those who are short on time. I love this gym but it is too hot!!! I know its probably because of so many windows but omg. I have to bring my portable fan cause its super hot. And the water fountain is always broken 🥵
