I had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff today. Before my workout, I asked a male staff member if I could place my milk bottle in the gym refrigerator, and he gave me permission and showed me where to put it. After my workout, when I could not find it, I politely asked a female front desk staff member, and she responded rudely by saying, “This is not a public fridge,” without first understanding that I had already received permission.
