Well maintained
The fact I’m a black card member income here every day the fact that I couldn’t even get a free water bottle it’s $1.30 for an accommodation because your water fountain is ridiculous. Made me almost cancel my membership.
That was my first time at this location, generally positive atmosphere but at the front desk Nobody tell you welcome or Goodbye.
I was disappointed with my experience at Planet Fitness. The gym was very dirty and dusty, and it didn’t seem well maintained. I hope they improve the cleanliness because it makes a big difference for members.
