PROS: spacious, low cost (the price of a lunch is about what you pay for a monthly membership), decent hours of operation, staff friendly, very busy only occasionally. CONS: (I'm updating this after another year of being a member) - there are few cons. It can get very busy at times but that is to be expected, equipment breaks have been getting repaired more quickly in the last year and the gym is cleaned more regularly. Great gym, the staff is polite and kind, bathrooms are clean, a few machines are out of order for a while
So today I got an ad to try a one day free pass at planet fitness and thought to myself why not maybe it's time to try a different gym again and maybe switch. After downloading the app and clicking on one day free pass it prompted for location and this location does not participate in the one day trial which is crazy because this puts a bad taste in your mouth immediately since they don't even let you try it first like every other gym does.
