I gave it 5 start, because of a gentleman named Jonah who helped me out with my account when my home base gym couldn't in el monte, Needless to say I ended up switching my home gym base to this location thanks to him. The workers here were very nice and helped out a lot
This location is super close to my house ,very clean however some of the staff is just too rude!! And its often which makes me think there is no supervision of them or they must be related to the owners...I now go back to the anaheim location on Lincoln n knott, no issues at all! ... Hopefully one day someone is buena park can train their staff like they do at other locations..
WOST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION EMPLOYEE KATHERINE GAVE A HARD TIME JUST BECAUSE MY GUEST WAS NOT SET UP IN THE APP AS MY GUEST LIST I LET HER KNOW SHE IS THE ONE LETTING US IN BY LOOKING MY GUEST WITH HIS PHONE NUMBER NEVER MENTIONED HE HAD TO BE REGISTER ON THE APP THEN SHE PROCESSED TO LET US IN. BY THE END OF OUR WORK OUT EXISTING SHE CALLS US OUT AGAIN LETTING MY GUEST KNOW "AGAIN LISTEN AGAIN" THAT HE HAS TO BE REGISTER, AT THIS POINT IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE WHICH WE TOLD HER WE WILL DO AS WE DID FIRST TIME.
